BALSAMIC AND ROSEMARY PORK LOIN

Boneless pork loin
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs olive oil

SPICES:
2 fresh thyme sprigs – cut up
1 fresh rosemary sprigs – cut up
1 Tbs Steak Seasoning (I use Grill Mates Montreal Steak)
black pepper
garlic salt

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Brush all of loin with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

 Cut 3 slits in the top of the loin
Put all spices in a bowl
Rub spices all over loin
And wra
p with bacon

Roast for 45-55 minutes or until your meat thermometer reads 165.

Serve with Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes & rolls10933754_620088974784178_246400323147763549_n
